Packaging

We feel it's our responsibility to reuse and repurpose as much as possible. We even dumpster dive to find packing materials in good condition! When virgin materials are a necessity, we always prioritize using paper with recycled content over plastic.

Processing

Regular orders are processed within 3 business days.

In-Home Delivery items require up to 5 business days to process and prep for the carrier.

Carriers

Small items are typically sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Most international orders are shipped via DHL.

Large, bulky items and/or items exceeding 150 lbs are considered an LTL/In-Home Delivery shipment. Please click here to request a shipping quote.

Insurance

All items shipped via USPS or UPS are typically only insured up to $100 unless additional insurance is purchased. To streamline product insurance, we offer protection via Route. We strongly recommend this add-on for fragile glass, pottery, lighting, and furniture.

Return Policies

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 5 days of the "delivered" date corresponding with your tracking number. At this time, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All furniture, lighting, and discounted items are final sale.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

After a shipment leaves our possession, items lost or damaged by the shipping courier require a claim to be filed on the customer's end. We package everything thoroughly but still insure all packages due to their fragility. We are happy to help resolve any issues of this nature, so please contact us for guidance on how to file a claim with our carriers.

Garmentory purchases are subject to the Garmentory Return Policy and are not eligible for return through our platform.

First and Foremost

It's important to bear in mind that all vintage and antique pieces have already lived many lives. Imperfections should be expected unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Descriptions

We do our very best to provide extensive descriptions for all of our listings. Be sure to toggle between the If an item's colors appear different in its image, we will do our best to describe the variation.

Condition Scale

We will describe every item's condition as "Excellent, Good, or Fair". Because we select some pieces specifically due to their aged look, the condition scale will only be used to evaluate obvious imperfections like gouges, chips, and discoloration.

Furniture, Lighting, and Discounted Items

These items are final sale and not eligible for return, so we ask that you thoroughly review the details we have provided in the description.
