After nearly 10 years in retail, I naturally accrued a long list of what to do and what not to do when it comes to running a business, and Leigh Collective is the outcome. They say knowledge is power, but when it comes to asking people for their money, businesses believe they can do so by evolving platforms that provide less and less information. As this model saturates and becomes a normality, it leaves the everyday consumer clueless, and in this case, that is synonymous to powerless.
