Where does Leigh Collective ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We are working diligently to accommodate international orders. Drop us a line and let us know where you live!

When will my order ship?

After you submit your order, it takes 1 to 2 business days to process. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day.

How much is shipping?

Currently, our flat shipping rate is $10 for all orders. Orders that total over $300 will receive free standard shipping.

If you are purchasing any large home decor or lighting items, the flat shipping rate will be $25. Shipping costs are more of an expense due to the size and fragility of these items.

We will be able to offer rush shipping and priority options soon.

How long will it take?

When your order is placed in the hands of one of our carriers, it can take anywhere from 3-5 business days if you selected our standard shipping option. So ultimately, allow up to 7 business days to receive your order. If you're ordering from outside of the contiguous US, please allow 10-12 business days to receive. We're working on getting these shipping times more universally consistent. Bear with us!

How do I track my package?

You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order, then another email containing your tracking number once it has begun processing. If you're having any trouble with your tracking number, please email hello@leighcollective.com and we'll get you squared away ASAP.

Returns & Exchanges

May I return an item?

Yes. Please contact us within 14 days of your delivery date to arrange your return. We will provide you with a shipping label and return form.

Is something I purchased final sale?

Jewelry, intimates, swimwear, shoes, and lighting are final sale and may not be returned.

I just want to make an exchange.
How do I do that?

Contact us at hello@leighcollective.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know which product you'd like to exchange for so we can remove it from the site. We'll get you squared away in no time.

Can I make a return to your showroom if I live locally?

At this time, we are not accepting visits. We will be accepting appointments in the near future to accommodate all needs, including in-person returns and exchanges. Stay tuned!

Packaging & Supplies

I know you're a sustainable brand, so what shipping materials do you use?

As a starting point, we are using recycled materials that are 100% post consumer waste. Our tissue papers and package fillers are biodegradable and we expect our entire line up of shipping materials to be biodegradable within the next year.

We ship with the bare minimum. That means you'll receive a mailer or box with our branded paper tape and that's about it. We also reuse boxes as much as possible, so you may get home decor items in a box that has already been used a few times!

We also refrain from including additional collateral inside your package. We trust that if you need to view your order, you will access it online. We feel there is no need to include paper or cards that you will simply throw away.

Vintage Items

What should I expect from your vintage items in terms of condition?

When purchasing our vintage/secondhand, it's extremely important to bear in mind that nothing is to be assumed in perfect condition. Character will vary among construction and material. We have implemented our rating scale to help you understand the condition in detail, so it's important to thoroughly review this hand in hand with each product description.

What do these flower icons mean?

This is our Vintage Condition Scale, of which will be found on each vintage listing. We give a rating between 1-5 and you can break down their meaning by reviewing the scale here.

What vintage items are not returnable?

Jewelry, intimates, swimwear, shoes, and lighting are final sale and may not be returned.

Where do you source your vintage?

From all over. We frequent estate sales, auctions, liquidations, and charity shops. We also have people on the ground in multiple states that buy for us.

Ethics

How flexible is your Ethics Checklist?

It is not flexible. We only carry brands that align with our mission. However, above all else, Leigh Collective represents you. We provide our brands with a questionnaire that fact checks in detail their design and production processes, and inquire season by season about changes. Our designers are partially compliant in a lot of categories, but we have refrained from highlighting these ethics in their checklist. We will only represent what they are 100% compliant in. That said, we are currently working on a way to demonstrate partial compliancy. Some of our values are very difficult to achieve, and we believe our wonderful brands deserve recognition for their consciousness and efforts. This feature will be added very soon once we work out the kinks of our new website.

I don't understand some of the things on your ethics checklist. How do I get more information?

We completely understand. Production and consumerism is a very complicated process. Be patient with us - we have videos, informational graphics, interviews, and podcasts on the way. The hyper-focus is all for wonderful reasons. Promise!
